Product Description
DXXi- Extender supports DVI graphic interfaces (DVI-D) in an uncompressed mode and highest resolution (depending on model up to 2560x2048@60Hz) and, depending on device type either USB 2.0 transparent or USB- keyboard/mouse (HID – Human Interface Device – in this class of devices you can also find Touch screen, Tableaus and other pointing or input devices).
Due to uncompressed transfer of the DVI Data in full speed, IHSE's DXXi meets highest demands: no picture corruption or Frame- Drops can occur. Even on highest resolutions (1920x1200@Singlelink resp. 2560x2048 @Duallink) you’ll obtain a smooth picture movement on videos. Compared to other devices, the maximum transfer distance does not depend on the screen resolution! Even in the highest resolution of 1920x1200 (2560x2048 for Duallink) you can easily bridge 400m (50/125µ).
The high-density design allows dense packing in 19“ server racks. Up to 3 devices can be mounted into 19“/1U. Even, using it for a desktop application, it is very attractive!
A short key sequence, typed in at the Remote Unit, switches between the two CPUs. This saves an external KVM- switch at the Local Unit.
