Product Description
The HDS12-18G is a compact dual HDMI 2.0 Splitter/DA, with an extensive EDID management facility. Compatible with all resolutions up to 4K 60 4:4:4. Itfeatures independent auto downscaling for each output, allowing 4K content to be automatically converted to 1080p where necessary.
Each HDMI port has the ability to power/support the connection of long distance AOC. Additional control for HDMI signals with the Cascade mode dip switch.
For the best performance, we recommend the use of SY’s Stealth HDMI 2.0 cables, or for longer distances
our SY Centaur AOC Hybrid Fibre cables which are available in various lengths up to 100m.
Key Features
- 4K Resolution – The HDMI 2.0 ports are capable of handling all resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz 4:4:4 and support HDCP 2.2.
- EDID and HDCP Management – The front panel contains the EDID DIP switches and the handy HDCP selector switch to enable Cascade mode.
- HDR – Full HDR capability, allowing uncompromised distribution of high-quality content.
- Audio Formats – This will also handle several audio formats such as 2 channel PCM, Dolby/DTC 5.1 and LPCM 7.1.
- Automatic Down Scaler – Each HDMI output is independently capable of automatic down scaling from 4K to 1080P, ensuring a mixture of 4K and 1080p displays/projectors can be connected to different outputs, without the need for any additional scaling equipment.
