The HDS18-18G is an HDMI Splitter offers a straight forward and reliable 1:8 video distribution solution with added features.
For use where a '1 in x 8 out' HDMI signal is needed, it is designed with a slim profile, and thereby enables it to be concealed and remain inconspicuous when placed alongside other equipment, with all HDMI and Power connectors located on the rear panel, to aid in providing a neat installation.
As well as its main function as a DA, it also has extra functions, as can be expected from SY Electronics devices.
Key Features
- 4K Resolution – The HDMI 2.0 ports are capable of handling all resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz 4:4:4 and support HDCP 2.2.
- EDID and HDCP Management – The front panel contains the EDID DIP switches and the handy HDCP selector switch to enable Cascade mode.
- HDR – Full HDR capability, allowing uncompromised distribution of high-quality content.
- Audio Formats – This will also handle several audio formats such as 2 channel PCM, Dolby/DTC 5.1 and LPCM 7.1.
- Automatic Down Scaler – Each HDMI output is independently capable of automatic down scaling from 4K to 1080P, ensuring a mixture of 4K and 1080p displays/projectors can be connected to different outputs, without the need for any additional scaling equipment.
- Power AOC Cables – The HDS18-18G has been designed to accommodate the expanding growth of hybrid AOC cables.
