CrystalView Extreme is a KVM extender which is cabled through an Ethernet local area network. You can deploy up to 15 sets of transmitters and receivers. The transmitters connect to your computer video and USB ports. The receivers connect to your LCD monitors and USB peripherals. The units are typically connected to an Ethernet switch or router, and this distance is limited to 330' (100m). The KVM data is available anywhere the network reaches.
A huge benefit of this topology is that you do not need to run any new wiring. The user can fully operate and control all of the computer functions from anywhere on the local network. Because LANs usually extend throughout entire offices and commercial buildings, this extender can provide a high level of functionality and adaptability. CrystalView Extreme supports high-quality video resolutions up to 1680 x 1050.
If additional USB devices are needed, you can add up to 4 USB hubs to the three-port receiver model to connect up to a maximum of 13 USB devices. CrystalView Extreme supports all USB 2.0 devices. It is ideal for use in industrial control areas, digital signage, connecting LAN cameras for security systems, USB device printing, scanning, and storage. All operating systems are supported.
